40 leg lifts – feet 1″ off ground, raised to 45 degree angle. Hands under hips for back support.
25 froggers (knee ins) – again, feet 1″ off ground, hands under hips for support
100 crunches. Legs in air, chin away from chest, hands loosely supporting head/neck.
50 reverse crunches – heels up to ceiling, lift hips slightly off ground.
25 simultaneous crunches/reverse crunches.
Be sure to stretch out your abs when done in cobra position.
