When you can move light resistance for a period of extended time, this is the creation of Muscle Endurance.  It’s not about the amount of weight or heavy weight – it’s about the movement  of the muscle and the ability to continue such movement for sustained time periods.

When kickboxing at the Boca Raton Karate & Kickboxing Academy, you will find a lot of light resistance body/muscle movements such as lunges, squats, kicks, punches, block movements and push-ups.  This typically uses only existing body weight or light weights, depending on training techniques.
