We had an awesome Adult Exercise class last night!  Great work to all my adults who participated.  If you missed it, here’s what you can do at home:

 

TABIDA – 8 sets of each exercise.  20 seconds of intense effort with 10 seconds of rest in between, 8 times consecutively.  The purpose is to maximize your efforts for the 20 seconds and continue to work as hard as possible through the 8 sets until muscle fatigue.

 

Push ups

Plank with single-hand row (with weights)

BREAK – run .25 miles

Squat w/ shoulder press (with weights)

Jump Rope

BREAK – run .25 miles

Kettle Bell Swing

Plank position with alternating knee-ins to the side

BREAK – run .25 miles

Regular squats

Jumping lunges

BREAK – run .25 miles

Abdominal knee-ins
