Kickboxing burn. Try this one

Here’s an exercise from tonight’s kickboxing class that you can try on your own. Put one leg back behind you in your fighting stance, put your hands out in front of you at least waist height, bring your knee to your hands and back as fast as you can for 30 seconds. switch side and do 30 seconds with the other leg. We did 4 rounds tonight, but start with 1 or 2 and work your way up. We also, did the same with our front kicks!! Kickboxing is so much fun and it’s different every class. So you’ll never get bored like you do on that treadmill.
