March 27, 2012 workout is a cardio class using light weights for muscle toning appropriately called “GET RIPPED”. It is a continuous workout to high energy music that brings up the heart rate while working the different muscle groups throughout the body. You will experience a variety of squats and lunges combined with upper body movements such as chest press, shoulder press, bicep/tricep exercises and more.
It is a 55 minute class from 7:00 – 8:00 pm that will leave you sweaty and feeling accomoplished for your efforts.
